SUNNY DAYS
I don’t remember a day with out Pain, so I make sure at least one portion of my day is Sunny! It may be doing crafts, listening to music, watching a movie, being with my husband, daughter or just finding a deal at Target or TJ Maxx! Because I am not promised tomorrow will be a great day, I may over do it today and be in a Fibro Flare tomorrow. Anything can set off a flare. I Tye died this shirt, bought it on sale at Sam’s for $7.00. My Daughter & I Tye died shirts in June and I even Tye died an old bra. That is a long way from burning your bra’s in the 60s!
